What draws me to UX design is its major role in finding creative and practical solutions to solve the users’ problems. 

Prior to UX design, I’ve worked in art galleries and retail. My experience working in these customer-facing positions enables me to instinctively understand a consumer's journey and empathetically predict their needs.

I am motivated by the challenge of creating a rapport with the user through digital interfaces.
